The company engages in business activities based on the principles of fairness, honesty, trustworthiness and transparency. In order to implement the policy of honest management and to actively prevent dishonest behavior, this whistleblower system has been established.

  1. Set up a system for reporting violations of ethical behavior in the industry.
  2. Whistleblowers should use their real names, anonymous reporters, please provide contact information. Reports should be clear facts, and provide physical evidence or trace the clue.
  3. All reports are handled confidentially by the General Manager, and the reported unit will not be informed of the source of the report.
  4. Once all reports are verified, the whistleblower shall be given appropriate incentives.
  5. For employees or suppliers suspected of misconduct, if they report the misconduct of others, once verified, they may be reduced or exempted from handling, and be rewarded.”

We will refer your report to our General Manager. Unless otherwise required by law, we will keep your personal information confidential and take appropriate protective measures to protect your personal information and privacy in accordance with the law.

The personal information you provided, including your name, telephone number, and e-mail address, may be used by the company for the purpose of investigating the report and contacting you during the investigation; if necessary for the investigation, the company may transmit the necessary personal information to the company’s affiliated companies. 

2. You shall not knowingly falsify facts, and if a report is later proven to be malicious or to have intentionally fabricated false statements, you shall be liable for the relevant legal responsibility; if this causes damage to the company’s reputation or is subject to litigation by others, the whistleblower shall be liable for the relevant compensation. 

3. In order to investigate and solve the problem as soon as possible, please be sure to provide possible relevant specific information and documents, if the relevant information and documents are not available, the company will not be able to conduct an investigation. 

4. The company may not disclose all or any part of the contact information provided to you to anyone. Except as required by law, you may not bring a lawsuit or use the contact information between the company and you as information in connection with a lawsuit.
