Ennoconn has always been devoted to the philosophy of using whatever you gain from society for the good of society. The company also established a social enterprise responsibility team. In 2023, Ennoconn invited the Miaoli County Special Care Education Association-Angel Band to participate in the opening ceremony of family day.. Most of the students are only at the age of child or little child. The desire and enjoyment of music is always on the music rhythm course. Or twisting, or clapping, or knocking on items, always seeing the expression of satisfaction and laughter, and discovering that the music stabilizes the mood of the students, so the Taiko team was established to satisfy the inner mind of the students. 120 pairs of used shoes were collected within the company and donated to the used shoe life-saving international Christian Care Association, a legal person, to support the Kenyan rescue plan in Africa.

Industry-University Cooperation
Ennoconn integrated resources and signed the “School Enterprise Strategic Alliance Cooperation Plan” with Yang Ming Chiao Tung University and St. John’s University of Science and Technology, which is of great significance. Ennoconn provided teachers and students of the two universities with NT$10 million to jointly establish it. The National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University’s school-level research center “Ennoconn- Yang Ming Chiao Tung University ESG Net-Zero Transformation Innovation Research Center”.
Participate in the industry-university program of the National Science Council to implement the concept that enrollment means employment and graduation means entrepreneurship. It also promotes internship cooperative teaching and practical internship training exchanges that jointly promote subsequent academic research and industry practical operations, with a view to shortening the learning-application gap.
