To integrate company resources, participate in decision making during board of directors meetings, and to promote the growth of the company
To establish, reinforce or change corporate culture
To formulate corporate strategy, goals, and strategic mergers and acquisitions, etc.

General Manager's Office

Overall supervision and management of the company's operational goals, and to lead each department in the implementation of company policies
Responsible for business/sales strategies, product planning, setting the blueprint for technological advancements, and the overall operations of the company.
Auditing Office Responsible for company audits and the assessment and implementation of internal controls, and to provide suggestions for improvement to facilitate the effective operations of the company.
Management Department Responsible for human resource policies and to establish, implement and improve the human resource management system.
To offer staff services and to manage general affairs.
Finance Office

Responsible for the company's capital planning, bookkeeping, formulation and implementation of accounting policies, financial data analyses, and legal finances.
IT Department Responsible for the planning, installation and maintenance of the company's information system.
Business Division
Responsible for the development of global business, product sales, customer service, operational strategies, and to set the direction for development.

Responsible for product planning, new projects, design and R&D, production, and to monitor product status until the end of its life cycle.
Responsible for the product line's profit & loss, to set the retail price and manage costs.

R&D Center To coordinate the company's R&D activities, engineering resources, and to formulate the direction of R&D.
Purchasing Department Responsible for the purchase and procurement of raw materials and material resources.
Production Planning Center Responsible for production planning and supply chain coordination.
Quality Control Department Responsible for various quality controls, to understand each customer's quality requirements, and to monitor product design and quality.
