On July 17, 2026, the Company invested in ChoozMo Inc. (website: https://ai.choozmo.com/). The investee’s primary business operations include “Offline/On-premise AI Virtual Human System Solutions” and “AI Video Production Services.” These core technologies align with the “Artificial Intelligence” sector outlined in the domestic innovative startup framework, the “Five Trusted Industry Promotion Plan.”

As of July 31, 2026, the Company has invested in one enterprise that qualifies under the designated industries of the aforementioned plan, with a total investment balance of NT$35,647,500.
