In March 2025, our Human Resources Department conducted the 2024 Employee Satisfaction Survey to gain a comprehensive understanding of the organizational climate. The initiative aimed to facilitate in-depth communication, interviews, and subsequent improvement plans regarding key issues.
The survey covered five dimensions: Compensation, Work Environment, Career Development, Corporate Culture, and Sustainable Management, achieving an employee response rate of 75%. Overall results show that 78% of employees highly identify with the company. To further strengthen organizational cohesion and long-term competitiveness, we have set a target of 80% high identification for 2025. The next phase of the survey is scheduled to take place between February and May 2026.
