Ennoconn’s Human Resources department has been promoting an employee satisfaction survey since 2024. The survey aims to gain a comprehensive understanding of the organizational atmosphere by conducting in-depth communication, discussions, and formulating improvement plans on major issues.
This survey focuses on five main aspects: Compensation, Work Environment, Career Development, Corporate Culture, and Sustainable Operation. The employee response rate was 75%. Overall results show that 78% of employees highly identify with the company. We have set a goal to reach 80% of employees with high identification by 2025 to continuously strengthen organizational cohesion and sustainable competitiveness.
