Ennoconn Corproation Sustainable Development Committee, Leadership Management Consulting and Bureau Veritas

Ennoconn Corporation (stock code: 6414) is a global comprehensive solutions provider in the professional industrial computer sector. Through self-developed applications and integration of partners’ technologies, products, and channels, Ennoconn Corporation innovates business models and builds a global ecosystem. It offers end-to-end hardware, software, system, and cloud services, focusing on market development in fields such as smart gaming, retail, manufacturing, transportation, home, building, cybersecurity, energy, and semiconductors.

The “Ennoconn Corporation Sustainable Development Committee” has long emphasized the integration and disclosure of financial and non-financial information, using this as the highest guiding principle for sustainability. Through the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS S1, S2), the company can comprehensively assess ESG-related risks and opportunities. ISO 20400 offers decision-makers a framework to consider supply chain risks and ensures that the company’s environmental and social responsibilities within the supply chain meet international standards. This enhances green procurement and circular economy strategies while complying with IFRS-related financial disclosure requirements, thereby achieving long-term economic and social value and meeting global investors’ expectations for the company’s sustainable development.

In recent years, Ennoconn Corporation’s sustainable development achievements have been widely recognized. Besides achieving the top ranking in corporate governance evaluations in 2024, the company has published sustainability reports for three consecutive years since 2022 and was awarded the TCSA Sustainability Report Silver Award in 2024. Ennoconn Corporation’s carbon emission management also earned the 1.5°C Achievement Excellence Certification, meeting the Paris Agreement’s temperature control goals. In 2024, Ennoconn Corporation continued to strengthen its supply chain practices by optimizing and improving sustainable procurement standards and management systems. It implemented and obtained verification for ISO 20400 Sustainable Procurement Guidelines, making it one of the few manufacturers in Taiwan to adopt this guideline. This highlights Ennoconn Corporation’s determination to lead in sustainable development and its commitment to meeting stakeholder expectations, demonstrating that Ennoconn Corporation’s efforts in the ESG field are bearing fruit. The company will continue to promote various sustainability initiatives and work with its supply chain towards achieving net-zero carbon emissions.

Ennoconn Corporation recently held a ceremony to celebrate the awarding of the ISO 20400 certification. General Manager and Chief Sustainability Officer Nelson Tsay mentioned that, thanks to the support of Leadership Management Consulting and Bureau Veritas, as well as the efforts of colleagues, Ennoconn Corporation continues to deepen its sustainability capabilities. He emphasized, “The certificate is not the most important thing; the process is.” Leadership Management Consulting General Manager Edison Wang praised Ennoconn Corporation for actively promoting sustainable management and completing the project with an efficient team, expressing hope that Ennoconn Corporation will not only extend ESG concepts to its suppliers but also encourage internal colleagues to practice sustainable living.

Bureau Veritas representative Lin Yu-Chi highlighted that Hon Hai Group, together with thousands of suppliers, released Taiwan’s first “Supplier Responsibility Report” in July last year, a contribution that has been widely recognized. As a subsidiary of Hon Hai, Ennoconn Corporation is keeping pace with the group’s progress by formally implementing ISO 20400 this year.
