Sustainable Supply Chain

Supply Chain Policy

As one of the key players in the global IPC industry chain with suppliers, manufacturers, and other bases all over the world. Ennoconn clarifies the important responsibility of actively implementing supply chain management, and expects to develop long-term and efficient cooperative relationships with suppliers, through ESG risk assessment and audit verification, to ensure that suppliers work together to fulfill their corporate social responsibility. Through ESG risk assessment and audit verification, we will ensure that our suppliers fulfill their corporate social responsibilities, thereby strengthening the resilience of the supply chain, reducing operational risks, and realizing the sustainable supply chain of Ennoconn.

Ennoconn continuously optimizes and improves its sustainable procurement standards and management system. In 2024, Ennoconn introduced the ISO 20400 Sustainable Procurement Guidelines, which adds the foundation of supply chain management to the ESG issues oriented management, and formulated Ennoconn’s Supplier Code of Conduct, which requires suppliers to comply with local laws and regulations and also requires them to agree to sign Ennoconn’s Supplier Code of Conduct, which incorporates labor rights, occupational safety and health, environmental protection, ethical norms and management systems as conditions for supplier selection and auditing based on the evaluation results, we will formulate improvement measures and assist suppliers in continuous improvement, in the hope of enhancing the effectiveness of sustainable supply chain management and reducing the risk of chain breakage, so as to establish a partnership for sustainable growth.

Supply Chain Management Goals

Ennoconn is committed to ensuring that all employees and value chain workers are treated with respect, that the work environment is safe and secure, and also that business operations are conducted in an environmentally responsible and ethical manner.

We have developed a supplier management program to collectively fulfill our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and build a sustainable value chain. In order to fulfill the production commitment to the supply chain and to lead the suppliers to work together towards sustainability, Ennoconn requires 100% of suppliers to sign the Supplier Code of Conduct.

4 Steps for Sustainable Supply Chain Management

Conflict Minerals Purchasing Policy

In July 2010, the U.S. Government signed the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (the “Dodd-Frank Act”). Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act requires all US publicly traded companies to file disclosures and reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) related to the use of Conflict Minerals in their products.

ENNOCONN is taking due diligence within our supply chain to assure “DRC Conflict-Free” for the Minerals of Gold (Au), Tantalum (Ta), Tungsten (W) , Tin (Sn) and Cobalt (Co) are not derived from or sourced from mines in conflict areas of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), or illegally taxed on trade routes, either of which are controlled by non-governmental military groups, or unlawful military factions. Trade routes not confirmed to be “Conflict Free” include direct exports from the DRC, as well as exports through Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, Tanzania and Kenya (Countries of whom the U.N. Security Council note are global export routes for DRC-mined minerals).

ENNOCONN, as the global citizen, declares and commits to refusing the application of metals from conflict regions, meanwhile we request suppliers of ENNOCONN’s supply chain to comply with the following requirements:

1. Ensure operation complies with the social and environmental policies.

2. Not to use conflict minerals originating from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and its adjoining countries and other conflict regions.

3. To track the origins of all the Gold (Au), Tantalum (Ta), Tungsten (W), Cobalt (Co), and Tin (Sn) used in your products, to ensure that these metals from sources other than the“conflict minerals”.

4. Enforce the same requirements to your upstream suppliers and sources.
