Responding to SDGs

Ennoconn upholds the core value of “giving back to society what is taken from it.” While pursuing corporate growth, the company is equally committed to giving back to the community, with a particular focus on its home base in New Taipei City. Since establishing its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team in 2016, Ennoconn has actively organized and participated in a wide range of social welfare and environmental protection initiatives every year, including beach cleanups and community service programs. Besides, the company also regularly donates supplies, fresh fruit, and books to local social welfare institutions and community residents, demonstrating its ongoing support and care for those in need.

The table below summarizes the performance results executed to date in 2025.


Spring Family Beach Cleanup

1.Inviting employees and their families to voluntarily participate in the Spring Family Beach Cleanup activity organized by the New Taipei City Government Environmental Protection Department (EPD) at Niucheliao Beach in Sanzhi District, to jointly clean up and maintain the coastline environment. A total of 490 kilograms of garbage and 100 kilograms of recyclable materials were removed.

2.The activity had 40 participants. They turned their love for the Earth into action, promoting parent-child interaction, with the total cost amounting to NTD $32,119.

Support local arts activities and domestic film

The company organized an in-house cultural and artistic event, renting out an entire venue to invite employees to enjoy the film An Elegant Encounter (優雅的相遇), a work produced by local director and actors.

The event had 162 participating employees, with the total cost being NTD $47,280

Together to Save the Forests – 1717930 Receipt Donation Drive

Ennoconn places great importance on environmental protection and education. In 2025, Ennoconn supported the receipt donation box fundraising activity organized by the Taiwan Environmental Information Association and encouraged employees to contribute to environmental protection by choosing electronic receipt donations. By entering a charity code, employees can participate anytime and anywhere, supporting paperless policies, reducing paper consumption and deforestation, and contributing to habitat conservation efforts.

Africa Shoes for Life

Employees participated in a shoe donation drive, collecting a total of 178 pairs shoes to Step30 International Ministries.

Keelung City Government Fish Release and Beach Cleanup Activity

The company joined a collective donation and purchased approximately 9,000 fish fry to support the city government’s marine ecological restoration efforts.

Low-Carbon Healthy Vegetarian Food

Every Wednesday is designated as Low-Carbon Living Day, promoting vegetarian lunch boxes amoung employees. To date, over 188 people responded with orders.

Waiting Child Safe Vegetables and Fruits

A total of NT$50,965 was donated to the Taiwan Waiting Child Welfare Association, 85 boxes of vegetables and fruits were purchased (approximately 255 kg) for Datong Children’s Home.

This is expected to provide 1,700 days worth of vegetable and fruit for each child aged 0-3 year old and 1,062 days’ worth for each child aged 3-16 year old.

Little Hands Love Music Sign Language Storytelling Concert

The company partnered with the National Taiwan Library to host a “Good Picture Book Storytelling in Mother Tongue” series in Zhonghe District. This initiative promoted Taiwanese Hokkien and Sign Language co-fusion among 308 participants (March 2025 – Present). Additionally, Ennoconn sponsored 112 Taiwanese picture books (valued at NTD $47,734) which will be donated to hospital early intervention units as teaching aids after the event concludes.

New Taipei City Ai-Zhong Service Center

Donated daily necessities to the center to support individuals with disabilities in reconstructing their lives and training.

Ennconn Academy

To strengthen internal ESG knowledge and build professional teams, the Ennoconn Group organized a series of specialized ESG lectures led by experts from industry, government, and academia. A key session featured Professor Lin, Chih-Chieh (National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University) delivering an online course on Workplace Equality, Sexual Harassment Prevention, and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I). This training enhanced employees’ understanding of these principles, promoting a safe, harassment-free, and inclusive workplace. A total of 225 employees participated.

Dragon Boat Rice Dumpling Donation Event for Disadvantaged members in the Community

1.We invited employees to volunteer for the Dragon Boat Festival community gifting activity for the disadvantaged. This event was jointly organized with the Mayor of Zhongyuan Village, the Zhonghe District Office, and a local Zongzi vendor] to distribute Zongzi (sticky rice dumplings) to disadvantaged community members during the Dragon Boat Festival.
2.The event involved 4 volunteers, notified 108 eligible recipients, and distributed 63 Dragon Boat Festival Zongzi gift boxes, with a total cost of NTD $27,252.

Ennoconn Family Day

1. Holding a Family Day, inviting employees and their families from the group to watch a baseball game at the Taipei Dome. This is to support Taiwanese baseball, while also fostering family relationships and strengthening cohesion within the company.

2. The number of participating employees and their families is 1,804, and the estimated cost is NT$1,666,160.

Book Exhibition and Author Lecture

1.In cooperation with the Book Rep, a two-day in-house book exhibition was held. It invited colleagues to step into the world of books during their time off, experience the power of reading, and inspire diverse thinking.
2.The number of participating employees is 47, and the estimated cost is NT$5,000.

AI Food Culture Smart Exhibition

1.To promote Taiwanese dining culture and indigenous performing arts, we collaborated with  WOWPRIME CORP and the New Taipei City Zhangshu Elementary School Indigenous Dance Troupe] to organize the “Hearthful Meal Time — AI Dining Culture Intelligent Creation Exhibition.

2.The dining culture exhibition had approximately 200 participants from industry, government, academia, and research, with a cost exceeding NTD$3 million

GC Gifting Platform’s with Earth Day

1.We invited all employees to participate in the GC Gifting Platform‘s 4/22 Earth Day Carbon Neutrality Challenge response.
2.Employees used the GC Gifting Platform to donate resources to people in need, achieving the goal of material recycling and reuse.
3.From March to May 2025, a total of 598 kg of carbon emissions were reduced.

“No Deforestation, Biodiversity” Daytime Forest Arthropod Tour

1.The company hosted a parent-child environmental event, the “Six-Legged Forest Journey,” focusing on Biodiversity and No Deforestation. Employees and their families (38 participants) engaged in courses on insect biodiversity and humane capture to promote environmental awareness.

2.The event concluded with a Friendly Environment Painting Competition and an internal vote (90 employee votes) to encourage collective environmental action. Total expenditure was NTD$19,374.
