Privacy and Personal Data Protection

Ennoconn has established a “Privacy Protection Policy” and “Measures for the Management of Personal Data Protection.” Based on this policy and these measures, we define the legitimate purpose and scope for using personal data, ensure that personal data (including that of customers and suppliers) is properly utilized, protect customer privacy, and prevent the improper use of collected customer information.

 II. Training on Privacy and Personal Data Protection

Furthermore, the company conducts training for all employees regarding privacy and personal data protection to enhance staff awareness of data protection and information security. The details of the implementation are as follows:

Personal Data Protection Course:

On October 14, 2025, a course titled “Integrity Principles and Anti-Corruption Training: Personal Data Protection Act” was held for all employees. The course lasted 1 hour, with 163 employees participating. The total training hours amounted to 163 hours, achieving an employee participation rate of 80%.

Information Security Courses:

A total of two information security courses were conducted in 2025. On July 30, 2025, a course titled “Enterprise Security Training: Mobile Device and Digital Application Protection” was held for all employees. The course lasted 0.5 hours, with 168 employees participating, totaling 84 training hours. On September 17, 2025, a course titled “Malicious Email Social Engineering Prevention Training” was held for all employees. The course lasted 1 hour, with 125 employees participating, totaling 125 training hours.
