Ennoconn is in the business field that I think has a lot of potential growth. I want to be in such a company where I can also grow along with the company. For these reasons, I prefer Ennoconn! | |
| Since I join Ennoconn I have thought a lot about the company culture, and how things work around here, is it a good place to work for? In the first week, I asked many employees what they thought about the company. All of them rate it very high with good complements. Everyone here is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! 在加入樺漢大家庭前並未有任何正職的工作經驗，大學畢業後當兵，退伍後隨即進入社會，開始社會新鮮人的旅程。 面試了許多公司，面試時都稍微了解各公司的文化。第一次來到樺漢面試，門口掛著斗大的FOXCONN招牌！看起來感覺就很好！而且公司簡介2007年3月成為鴻海集團子公司，表示此公司剛有了富爸爸的加持，同時也顯示出樺漢是個具成長性也很有投資價值的公司，不然鴻海應該不會入主吧？所以下定決心來此展開我的職場生活。 剛來的第一天就遇到朱協理召集大家早會，也感受到鴻海精神的魄力，覺得公司相當有紀律！之後也有總經理召集大家談話，覺得這位樺漢的大家長很有想法，也很有智慧，最有印象的是他的紫海理論，相信他會引領大家安居樂業，不只是混口飯吃，更會締造美好的將來。 |

從學校畢業後一直都是待在外商的我，卻是第一次對台灣的企業有興趣，也許是因為工業電腦這個產業讓我產生興趣。當初樺漢邀請我面試的時候，我也跟所有人一樣，上網不斷搜尋公司有關的資料，或者詢問朋友關於樺漢這家公司？雖然一開始所得到的資訊都不多，但還是想來試一試。 雖然台灣的企業文化與外商很不相同，但進入樺漢後也感受到公司對於人才的培養，以及業績成長的重視；同事之間也會互相協助幫忙，相處的氣氛是愉快且團結。我相信樺漢穩健的基礎加上不斷的創新，長期的規劃之下公司會有很大的成長空間。我很榮幸能成為樺漢的一份子，也期許自己在未來能有所發揮。 |
